  • Public holidays are additional to annual leave and any staff who are required to work on these days will receive appropriate time off in lieu/payment.

Maternity/parental Leave

  • The Trust provides for staff maternity/paternity/adoption/parental leave with or without pay depending on the individual’s length of service.

Carer/Compassionate Leave

  • In certain circumstances such as family bereavement, urgent and unforeseen emergencies, staff may be granted carer/compassionate leave with or without pay. The number of days will depend on the individual circumstances. Paid time off is not a condition of service and must be authorised by your manager.
