Estates Strategy 2007-17

The Estate strategy sets out a 10 year plan to provide high quality facilities that will meet the changing service needs and comply with all relevant standards and guidelines. The strategy has been drawn up in the context of the new capital funding regime and the Trust's plans to achieve and maintain foundation status.

Trust Strategic Direction 2007-12

This document sets out the Strategic direction for Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust until 2012. These years will see continuing change in the way health services are provided. As an organisation we want to be prepared for the resulting challenges and have therefore developed a Strategic Direction that takes account of national and local policy and needs of the populations we serve.
